Admin Coordinator

Job Location : UAE

Job Detail :

• Should have 4-7 years experience in same field
• Assisting the department in Daily Operation
• Preparing the Quotation as per the Department Requirement
• Maintaining the department Filing System in Computer
• Submit documents to other departments For Approval/Review
• Communicate with various site in-charges, site supervisors, technicians and labor as when required
• Faxing, printing, photocopying, filing and scanning
• Prepare Time-sheet for operational employees.
• Manpower deployment as per HOD instructions.
• Materials requisitions preparation and forwarding to procurement department & follow-up and confirm the delivery.
• Transfer letters and replacement of cleaner’s preparation.
• Everyday tracking all projects deployment.
• Records the work completions and follow up regular basis.
• Handling day to day operation of department inside/outside the office. Further assist to HOD for all issues to department.
