Main Function:
Coordination, monitoring and supervision of all administrative requirements of shopping malls. Duties and Responsibilities: Visit shopping malls regularly to understand the administrative needs and requirements. Communicate with the coordinators of Malls. Communication with suppliers of Commercial centers which provide the needs for the shopping malls as per the procedures. Research and make comparisons. Provide all needs in accordance with the UCS policies and procedures with minimal effort within agreed period and at the lowest cost to achieve the greatest possible financial surplus. Introduce all necessary procedures to ensure the safety and security of the building. Continual search for the best management solutions at high level Knowledge: Fluency in Arabic, English and familiarity with computers. |
