Overview

Job Description: Co-ordinate PPE requirements for artisan personnel from the yard to be mobilised offshore.. Arrange offshore office set-up including computers, stationery, furniture, IT etc.. As per offshore requirement, raise ITRs for campaign required IT equipment.. Process & submit offshore Time Sheets to Payroll Department.. Maintain minutes of meetings and issue according to project requirement.. Assist mob/demob onshore / offshore logistical requirements including LOIs/visas, medical clearance/fit to work certs, camp / hotel accommodation, flights, transportation, required passes / IDs using MAPS & company systems. Participate in Readiness Reviews to ensure campaign requirements are in line with execution schedule.. Provide solutions to problems in occurring situations based on your knowledge of logistical practice & existing precedents or procedures.. Assist in retrieval & transmission of files, records, data, & docs for processing needs.. Assume as necessary, any other job responsibilities & tasks as assigned by the project or function.. Monitor/assess your own performance to make improvements or take corrective action.. Be open to adaptability / flexibility to unexpected operational changes in the workplace.: Support Functional Department best practice initiatives and procedural governance of processes.: . Job Requirements: Education:. Diploma in Business or related discipline.. Experience:. 3 to 5 years of secretarial experience.: Health, Safety and Environment:.
