The Company
An exciting, growing PR Company is seeking an Administrator. The company really values their staff and is based in the true hub of PR, Media City. It has a welcoming and buzzy culture!

The Role
This is a brand new role! You will be mainly supporting the Office Manager to start off with and then have your own responsibilities. The role is to assist the office, so a really exciting opportunity to learn new things and get to know the business.

Key Responsibilities
– Assisting the Office Manager
– Meeting and greeting all clients
– Making refreshments
– Managing meeting rooms
– Updating the database
– Answering and transferring calls

The Candidate
Must be well presented and well spoken. The company are looking a bright, quick learner, who is wiling to take on extra responsibilities. A great entry role for someone who wants to learn and grow in a role.

Skills & Qualifications
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication skills – strong English is essential
An interest and knowledge in PR – desirable
