Job Description

The primary role is to handle sales, advertising, marketing and promotional activities to generate admissions enquiries and lead generation using both ATL & BTL channels, Digital Media and Offline media, events, PR, and other related marketing activities working closely with the Marketing Manager and the marketing team in order to ensure a healthy pipeline of enquiries and applicants towards meeting enrollment targets.The secondary role is also serve as the Admissions & Marketing Officer handling all aspects of enrollment and admission of students at one of our Schools – Fortes Education. The role will include liaising closely with arriving and leaving families for both primary and secondary schools and working with the Heads of Primary and Secondary in accordance with Fortes Education’s standards, procedures and policies. Main Responsibilities: Marketing & Sales Operations1. Drive lead generation and all external queries from prospective families via various marketing channels and ensure all enquiries are dealt with professionally, effectively and efficiently.2.

To positively promote the School with a view to achieve full capacity utilization via above, below, on-line marketing and advertising (i.e. these include campus tours, Open Days, Events, social media posts/updates, surveys, tie-ins with 3rd Party service providers, tie-ins with feeder nurseries/schools, participation in events & outreach programmes, etc.)3. Meet with and make presentations to prospective parents / students and provide relevant information / sales pack etc. as required to convert enquiries into admissions.4.

Participate in and organize Events such as popular Dubai events, coffee mornings, focus group meetings, seminars etc., to market the school and provide information about the school, admissions, assessments, availability, etc. 5. Work with 3rd party organizations such as relocation companies and other affiliate service providers and enter into a contract with them to provide leads to the school for enrolment.6. Sign up MOUs with corporate entities and companies positioning our school as an affiliate with special incentives for the employees of such organizations for enrolling their children in our school.7.

Work on a robust referral program to encourage word of mouth marketing and drive admissions through personal referrals.Admissions Office Operations1. Manage and drive the registration and admissions office by providing leadership, support and ensuring procedures are efficient and effective.2. Provide school tour information, including information packs, to potential parents and pupils and arrange visits to the admissions center / school tours.3. Follow up with all families that have visited, including those from whom there is no contact and close the conversation loop with prospects.4.

Maintain and monitor the registered list, tour list, assessment list, new joiners list, and waiting list.5. Work with Government Liaison Officer in ensuring that the school is compliant with all government dept., rules and regulations with regards to student registration and marketing.6. Represent school with Government Liaison Officer at the relevant Govt. Depts., for all issues related to student registration, admission and school marketing 7.

Work with school’s accountants and to communicate the relevant information to parents to fees are paid and records up-to-date.Management1. Prepare plans, reports with current trends, analysis and recommendations.2. Responsible to update related roles & responsibilities, work-flows, policies and procedures, FAQs, forms, templates as and when necessary3. Will work with and collaborate with Fortes Holdings’ Head Office Sales, Marketing & Advertising (SMA) Team, and the school’s Administrative and Academic Team.4.

Will serve as the bridge to ensure that all Head Office’s SMA projects and tasks are done within deadlines.Job Specification: • Minimum 4+ years of Marketing Experience• Western Female (British/ Irish / Australian / South African) national with a bachelor’s degree.• Native English language speaker with strong written and oral English communication skills• Computer literate in MS Word & Excel • Strong organisational and administrative skills.• Outgoing, confident, affable, presentable and positive personality.• Pro-active person of integrity, drive, energy and stamina.• Creative problem-solver with analytical skills• Team player; deadline driven.
