Job Description:
1. Coordinate with key stakeholders (FM consultant, FM contractor, Facilities manager, FSI, EPM department and IT department) and implement CAFM system (Concept Evolution) in EZW, without compromising on cost, time and quality.
2. Identify integration requirements, design and integrate CAFM system with other existing/ new system in EZW.
3. Coordinate with user departments (Finance, Procurement and EPM), identify reporting requirements and develop necessary reports.
4. Responsible for the maintenance of CAFM system, including Service Desk for JafzaOne (assets, Contracts, SLAs, Performance monitoring & Measurement, Reporting).
5. Develop and implement procedures for backup, recovery, security patches and periodic upgrade of concept evolution.
6. provide training and refresher trainings to end-users.
7. Perform other duties assigned by line manager, from time-to-time.
