Overview

Large multinational business operating in the medical industry.

An exciting and challenging role waits for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator who has previously worked within the Medical/Pharma industries or with high technology products. The purpose of the role will be to oversee and coordinate day to day customer service working closely with the marketing and sales teams you will also be handling queries and requests of clients/distributors, assisting customers, processing orders, and ensuring the best possible service is given to all customers and clients.; Processing orders on behalf of company distributors:n – Validating product availability, invoicing, providing shipping advice and confirming orders.n – Prepairing tender bid documentationn – Arrange transport for products and oversee the delivery process.; Assist the distribution staff in processing orders via companys online store:n – Set up and manage user accountsn – Train staff and clients on how to use the online storen – Assist with the roll out of companies new online store; Provide support to customers and business partners:n – Act as a main point of contact for all clients/distributors via tele[phone, email and online portalsn – Resolve queries in a timely mannern – Train new and existing clients/distributors on product knowledge and order management; Improve Customer Experience of the brand:n – Run customer satisfaction surveysn – Identify customers needs and ensure that the brand are meeting them/identify new ways to meet customer needs Assist the Sales and Marketing team:n – Coordinate with both teams when preparing for conferencesn – Ensure availability of products for events as and when neededn – Attend product launches as and when requiredn – Assist with defining country specific marketing needs; Supporting sales analysts:n – Assist sales managers in demand planning for unitsn – Assist with developing local price policiesn – Provide and prepare sales data for sales staff, clients and distributors; Support Financial process:n – Provide invoices for contract payments and marketing activities

Strong customer service backgroundn Experience working within the Medical/Pharma industries or with high technology productsn Experience working with Sales staffn Experienced in compilling reports, preparing and maintaining datan Strong MS Office skillsn ERP software ie Oracle, SAP

Excellent working environment with opportunities for progression Salary package of 12,000 – 16,000 offered dependent upon experience Flight & Medical
