* Location: Dubai, AED 16,000 – 18,000 Per Month. Ref: 929942. Charterhouse is working with a leading events company in Dubai. Due to an aggressive period of growth, a new role has been created for an Executive Assistant to support the MD.. . As this is a new role that has been created, you will have a blank canvass from which you will implement processes and procedures and really make the role your own. The MD needs a candidate that can take control of emails, diary management, liaising with operations with regard to invoices and general correspondence so that he can focus on continuing to grow the business. As you settle with the business, the role will naturally begin to evolve and you will liaise with clients, attend meetings on your Executives behalf and get involved with pitches and presentations. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and professional Executive Assistant that is looking for complete autonomy along with the opportunity to share ideas and become totally immersed in the business. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience as a C-level Executive Assistant. You should be western educated to Degree level and it is essential you have a motivated, can-do approach.. .
