- Job Description
-To interface with clients and to support the business development & sales team
-To make a follow up call to the existing clients and get the feedback on the level of service provided by the Property Consultant.
-Assisting with the administration for managing existing accounts
-Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to convert a lead into potential buyer or seller.
-Acting as a contact between Pan Emirates Properties and its existing and potential markets
-Recording the leads and preparing a weekly report to the manager
The Candidate must have:
-2/3 years experience in Administration/Customer Service role
-Excellent communication skills
-Knowledge of using computer, internet
-Excellent working environment
