The Company
Amazing company to work for! A multinational e-commerce company is looking to recruit a HRIS Administrator. The company is based is Media city, in fabulous offices. People tend to stay at this company for a long time due to great benefits!

The Role
HRIS Administrator role – this is very analytical and requires excellent attention to detail. The working hours are 8:30am-6pm, however you must be flexible. The right candidate must be a super user of Oracle.

Key Responsibilities
– Daily use of Oracle
– Data analysis and reporting
– Manage the data migration work stream including the data harvesting, mapping, cleansing and validation for all projects
– Train the users and manage requests as system administrator
– Create productions scripts and ensure successful execution of data
– Stakeholder Manager, Implementation Management and Data Management

The Candidate
You must be dedicated, intelligent, focused and able to deal with pressurized situations. The role requires someone who can think on their feet and react fast to requests. Perfect position for someone who enjoys solving problems and collating interesting data.

Skills & Qualifications
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Super user of Oracle system
Excellent communication skills – strong English is essential
Degree educated
