Job Description
  • Must be proficient in Arabic and English both oral and written;
  • Job location: Dubai Office  – Sheikh Zayed Road, near Bur Dubai;
  • Answer telephone and transfer calls;
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints;
  • Transfer all requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource;
  • Keep records of employees and customers contacts and their transactions;
  • Schedule appointments and meeting room reservations;
  • Greeting coming persons / visitors to the office;
  • Carry out other duties reasonably assigned by line manager;
  • Receive and distribute and sort all mails
Note: Interviews will be conducted in Abu-Dhabi.
