Inspire Selection is searching for a Management Accountant for our FMCG client in Dubai. .This entrepreneurial business was created less than 5 years ago and has already won several major awards within their industry..Reporting to the Financial Director..Responsibilities.Financials tracking (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash-Flow).Financial results monitoring and controlling.Financial Statements credibility ensuring.Working capital management.Various analysis preparation (contract, pricing, discounts, etc.).Summaries of analysis preparation, action to be taken recommendations.Transactions reconciliation.Strategic plan, Investment plan, Short-term and Long-term business plan preparation.Budget and Forecast preparation, tracking and variances reporting.Cost reports preparation.Projecting financial needs and Bank dealings.Implement Audit procedure and control system.Financial Audit preparation.Financial policies and procedures implementation.Identify inadequate procedures and recommend improvements.Ensure that all corporate legal requirements are met in all jurisdictions..Management of relationship with banks and institutions.Requirements.Self-starter, able to work in a team and independently.Able to dedicate themselves to a long working day – this company has a backlog of work to catch up on and at least initially you will be working long hours.Qualified accountant; ideally 3 years PQE,.Full driving licence,.English native speaker.Good MS Excel skills,.Ideally from a FMCG background.Candidates need their own transport to reach the office in Jebel Ali..We apologise that we cannot reply to everybody however we do guarantee that we look at every application.
