Overview
Job Description: Ensure all the project material records are maintained in the systems. Allocate materials as per production requirements and issue as per schedule. Issuing out of project MRO and consumable items from the system based on the end user acknowledgements. Provide material shortage reports to production and PMT as and when required. Maintain Issue Trackers for all disciplines by project individually. Maintain Structural Log and cable control Log. Maintain Offsite storage records. Maintain records of material transfers within between projects. Reconciliation of materials after project completion. Adhere to the EHS standards at the warehouse and other MDR facilities. Adhere to MDR policies and procedures during the execution of all actives: Job Requirements: ITI or High School Level Equivalent or 5 years relevant experience. Three years in the field of warehousing, drafting or material take off. Familiar with oil industry structural, Piping, Electrical and Mechanical materials.. Computer literate and proficient in the use of spreadsheets.
