The office manager will be responsible for the full running of the CEOs office.
Handling personal expenses
Managing receivables and executing payments
Liaising re private equity investments (execution of private equity transactions, liaising with third parties as necessary, overseeing the on-going administration of private equity investments, reviewing the investment cash & the allocation of transactions between trusts
Carrying out general accountancy services (maintenance of accounting records, preparation of control accounts, review and co-ordination of payments, preparation of financial statements)
Oversee trust and administrative matters
Real Estate Management
Support on general legal issues
A comprehensive background in visa renewels and processing
Effective client handling/service skills
Good organisation, communication and relationship building skills
Excellent experience in using Excel and Word
An ability to learn quickly
An innovative mind and an ability to be proactive in their approach
