Personal Assistant, female, with min. 7 yr.s experience, is required for an architectural firm based in Dubai to help the chairman organize his internal and external commitments with clients, staff, arrange meetings, attend to all correspondence, organize his diary and travel arrangements and assist with marketing and promotion activities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills and fluency in English are essential. Arabic language is an advantage. Candidates must be computer literate, dedicated and conscientious and immediately available to join.
