Personal Assistant to the Group HR Manager – Dubai

Established in 1997, our client is a public joint stock company listed on the Dubai Financial Market and is a pioneer in its field. A vacancy has arisen for a business support professional to join the team as a Personal Assistant to provide dedicated secretarial and administration support to the Group HR Manager. This role is a pivotal role and your acute attention to detail and great organisation skills will be put to the test in ensuring that tasks and assignments run like clockwork. You will play an integral part in supporting the Group HR Manager ensuring that his office runs smoothly and you will assist with numerous projects in a role that encompasses administrative support, HR support and employee liaison.

Duties will include scheduling meetings, liaising extensively with both internal departments & clients, preparing reports & presentations and monitoring deadlines & budgets. You must have the ability to deliver to exacting standards coupled with the ability to multitask, think on your feet and respond positively to pressure & last minute changes. Exceptional verbal & written communications skills are essential and you must have the proven ability to establish a rapport with individuals at all levels and to gain credibility in a demanding, professional environment.


The successful candidate will be of high professional calibre with proven experience of working in an EA or Secretarial capacity within a Human Resources Team. To excel in this role, you must a true team player with heaps of initiative and a can-do attitude. Ideally, our client would prefer Arabic linguistic skills although this is not mandatory.
