Job Description
Key responsibilities
  • Manage all administrative functions of the department, including stores area
  • Ensure the compliance of all purchasing policies & procedures as per Movenpick Hotels & Resorts
  • Responsible for hotel Capex in coordination with the concerned departments, ensuring competitive quotes
  • Ensure all purchase requests area authorized, and all quality and verification checks are done.
Key requirements
  • Minimum experience of 3 years in the position in hospitality environment
  • Knowledgeable of Dubai Market
  • Knowledgeable of FMC software
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organization skills
