Key responsibilities
- Manage all administrative functions of the department, including stores area
- Ensure the compliance of all purchasing policies & procedures as per Movenpick Hotels & Resorts
- Responsible for hotel Capex in coordination with the concerned departments, ensuring competitive quotes
- Ensure all purchase requests area authorized, and all quality and verification checks are done.
Key requirements
- Minimum experience of 3 years in the position in hospitality environment
- Knowledgeable of Dubai Market
- Knowledgeable of FMC software
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organization skills
