Job Description

The Role

On behalf of our client a multinational law firm that is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a Corporate Receptionist.

Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for managing the switchboard, answering the telephone in a professional manager and transfer calls appropriately, take accurate and detailed messages and deliver them promptly to the relevant persons via email, co-ordinate conference room bookings, greet clients, type or edit documents when required and other ad hoc admin duties as required.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, experience working as a Receptionist within a law or professional services firm and be able to start work within 30 days.
