Are You a Star?In order to be qualified for this role you should possess the below criteria:Essential: Educated to degree level, preferably in business or tourismMinimum 4 years supplier contracting, within an OTA, wholesaler or destination management company1-2 years management and commercial experience within the travel, hospitality and inbound tourism industryExcellent network of senior or decision making hospitality contacts within Middle East Region Excellent negotiation and communication skillsExcellent analytical and strategic thinking Excellent commercial and people management skills Desirable: Diploma or above within E-commerce or digital marketingProven track record of success in start-up or new department. Revenue, distribution and yield management an advantage 1-2 years working within E-commerce or digital. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel Excellent English speaking is essential. Arabic language would be an advantage. Good understanding of E-commerce and digital marketing would be an advantage Availability for frequent travel across the regionAttend relevant trade show and events globally 40 hour working week, Sunday – Thursday inclusiveFlexible working hours and weekends will be required. Physically fitValid UAE driving licence
