Job Description

The Role

We are looking for motivated candidates who are self-starters with excellent communication skills to join our team as Telesales Agents.

Job Responsibilities:
* Warm call database of new leads aiming to book appointments to meet a sales representative;
* Evaluate Lead quality through effective questioning;
* Adopt a consultative approach and demonstrate a strong commercial acumen in order to determine clients’ needs and offer solutions;
* Work on daily, weekly and monthly targets on individual and team basis;
* Effective management of unsuccessful appointments and non-contacted leads;
* Demonstrate an expedient and professional telephone etiquette;
* Become an ambassador of the Omniyat brand.


* A “can do” attitude; A dynamic and proactive approach to work;
* Money motivated and target driven;
* A desire to progress within a market leading Real Estate Agency;
* Want to be part of a young, vibrant and social team; Proven success in Sales.

Background / Experience:
* Strong sales background;
* A background in real estate agency is highly preferred;
* Experience within a telesales role is a must.
