Our successful Travel Sales Consultants are highly motivated, hard-working and dedicated to their customers. They build their own business by creating a portfolio of loyal customers who see them as the “go to” person for all their travel needs. This personal and ongoing service ethic of looking after customers is what makes Flight Centre unique – you can’t get that from booking online!
Becoming our newest recruit won’t be easy. You’ll face some challenges while navigating your way through training and the daily responsibilities of becoming an expert Travel Sales Consultant, but your hard work will be worth it in the end.

What you’ll be doing: 
Consistent sales performance (transferring above cost of seat)
Customer service and satisfaction
Adherence to Flight Centre daily, weekly and monthly systems
Shop and team presentation
Achievement of financial results and KPI’s

You’ll have experience or proven ability in the following:
At least 12 months of exceptional customer service
A passion for travel, demonstrated by personal travel experience (Should have travelled to at least 2 international destinations apart from UAE and your home country)
An optimistic outlook, positive attitude, resilience & ability to problem solve;
Self-motivation with a desire to build your own client base
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Determination & drive to succeed;
Attention to detail & a systematic approach to your work;
A desire to take ownership and responsibility of your own business; and
Tertiary level academic qualification

Remuneration and Allowances: 
Consultant retainer and monthly uncapped incentives
Medical insurance
Return flight to home country each year
21 days annual leave each year
