Job Summary : . Reporting to the Area Visual Merchandising Manager, the Visual Merchandising Co-Ordinator is responsible for organising and deploying high quality visual merchandising across the market. The Visual Merchandising Co-ordinator is also responsible for guiding the in store teams, as well as ensuring the consistency of standards. . Main Responsibilities : . – Support the Area Visual Merchandising Manager to align on seasonal timings & executions to deliver a premium retail experience to the consumer. . – Co-ordinates the field VM team to create a full report on brand installations (pictures and comments) window installations, store openings, seasonal VM and events. Collate reports and submit to VM Department manager. . – Collates a library of brand seasonal VM guidelines. . – Assists and co-ordinates VM training events. . – Supports the installations of internal brand events. . – Assists with the timely installations of all window, in store animations, events and campaigns in line with the global marketing and event calendars. . – Conducts regular store and market visits to check adherence to brand standards and report back to the Area Visual Merchandising Manager. . – Supports new market and store opening. . – Additional tasks might be required, in reasonable alignment with the job role. . – Stay up to date with brand activities and external competitor activities. . – Demonstrate strong partnership with field VM and in store teams. . – Additional tasks might be required, in reasonable alignment with the job role. . Previous Experience : . 3 + years of visual merchandising experience
