Our client is a leading FMCG group with a strong reputation in the region and representing global international FMCG brands.   We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant for the HR Department to be based in Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE.

  • Computer skills at least at an operational level with basic MS Office skills – to be able to handle the daily documentation and ensure effective usage of equipment

  • Teamwork – willing to support and share responsibilities of the team in terms of over time, shift work etc.

  • Emotional Intelligence/Soft Skills – to act in a multicultural environment and understand human nature, the behaviour and needs of customers, supervisors and colleagues and be able to co-operate with them

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management, HR or a related field required
  • 3 – 8 years experience in Admin and Support roles, 1+ year in the UAE
  • Strong, confident personality working with Senior Management is essential
  • Stable CV, reliable, honest, professional
  • Excellent Computer skills
  • Open to Indian females in UAE now, on Husband/ Father/ Mother visa only


  • Salary to be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview performance
  • Salary as a guide between 8 – 12k AED per month total package
