An exciting opportunity for a Corporate Senior Associate to join a leading corporate team based in their Dubai office. This highly regarded corporate team is regularly instructed on a wide range of complex corporate deals throughout the GCC. The team advises public and private entities in the UAE, management teams, investors and debt providers right through the business life cycle, from start up and first round finance through to mergers and acquisitions and JV transactions. The successful candidate will have an excellent western academic record, and have trained with a leading UK or US firm. They will be able to demonstrate solid training in general corporate transactional work and a strong desire to develop their legal career within this field.
