Job Description :

• Manage a team of 35-50 male staff
• Manage and resolve customer-related complaints and escalate to the concerned departments/management
• Oversee and ensure smooth functioning of day to day activities of the staff
• Initiate and take corrective steps to motivate the work performance of staff
• Provide training and coaching to newly hired staff- Prepare duty rosters and station assignments, weekly off schedules, and annual leave planner

Requirements :

• Certification / diploma
• Should have 5 years experience in handling a team of 10
• Should be an Filipino National
• Extensive knowledge in KPI and Balanced Score Card
• Customer Service and Call Center experience is a plus
• Should be located in UAE
