Job Description

The Role

Our client is a major developer based in Dubai who are looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join their team working with a number of Director’s throughout organisation.

They are looking for someone very polished with great enthusiasm and solid experience in office management. The candidate will be responsible for taking control of a number of administrative tasks and assisting the management team – this will require a very strong work ethic, self motivation and drive.

This is a fantastic role with a great organisation who are currently working on an incredibly iconic project in Dubai. The role also offers a very good package and you will be working within an outstanding team.

Requirements

– Minimum 5 years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant
– Preferable experience working for more than one senior at any one time
– Comfortable with heavy work load
– Minimum: High School Diploma
– Self-starter and team player
– Hands on
– Intelligent/ Intuitive
– Positive work ethic and attitude
