Overview

Permanent position in a small (in terms of employee number), quiet office in Dubai.

We are looking for an energetic person, who understands the concept of a family office and is willing to work in one.

The main responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Communicating with Freezone authorities in respect of operational and compliance matters;
Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations;
Drafting basic contracts and letters;
Following up with banks and various vendors/suppliers;
Providing any other assistance to management of the group as and when needed;
Being able to review and cross check financial data of the company.

Successful candidate should possess the following qualities and skills:
Mature and responsible;
Able and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks;
Possess a basic understanding of finance and accounting aspects of a business;
Attentive to details;
Proactive and efficient;
Able to work on own initiative as well as in a team;
Professional, discreet and trustworthy;
Dedicated and highly organised;
Able to multitask and prioritise tasks;
IT literate with strong command of Ms Excel and Ms PowerPoint;
Capable to provide exceptionally high quality deliverables;
Possess at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
