On behalf of our client a multinational medical company who are based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a German Personal Assistant. Reporting to the VP you will be responsible for managing all secretarial and administrative duties, managing the VP calendar, travel arrangements and booking of conference rooms.
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be degree educated in a business administration discipline, fluent in German and English with two years PA experience supporting a C level Executive.
