Known for its impressive international network of offices and dynamic working culture and they are now seeking to add an additional Junior Banking and Finance Associate (1-3 Yrs. PQE) to their well-established finance team. As a key member of the finance department, you’ll provide generalist law support, focusing on the transactional side, covering the full range of banking and finance including potential work in syndicated lending and trade finance, project asset and debt restructuring + work within Islamic law!; This is a truly unique and varied position offering great exposure to the Finance sector with a firm with an already sterling reputation in the global, legal market. PQE. Ideally you’ll be western qualified and you should have preferably, gained some Middle Eastern experience. A KEY requirement is that you have international law firm experience (Legal 500/Chambers rated etc.) and be passionate about transactional work.
