Our client is an international law firm.
Job Purpose: To provide primary coverage for the office front desk, primary secretarial support for assigned attorneys and back-up secretarial support as necessary.
• Greeting clients and guests
• Operation of the phone console, screening incoming calls, messages
• Scheduling of conference room, video/tele conferences, guest offices
• Legal Secretarial support for 3-4 attorneys
• Preparing routine documents, billing, and correspondence
• Time/Diary entry
• Travel arrangements
• Preparing check/wire transfer requests, expense reports
• Other administrative duties as may be assigned
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Bilingual Arabic/English communications skills (reading, writing, verbal)
Experience and Skills:
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a professional service environment/similar role
• Exceptional customer service skills, superb phone skills and detail oriented
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Professional demeanor and a demonstrated ability to establish a rapport with individuals at all levels of management, peers and guests
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong technical and proofreading skills
• Self-starter and team player
• Flexibility to work overtime
• Outlook, MS Word, Excel
