- Files office documents as instructed.
- Photocopying and faxing of documents.
Pantry Management
- Make coffee / tea for office staff and guests.
- Maintains / replenishes the pantry supplies.
- Arrange delivery of office and pantry supplies and place in stock cabinets.
- Handles pantry equipments and maintain cleanliness of the same.
Office Assistance
- Organising and maintaining record as per instructions.
- Receiving mail and filing documents.
- Photocopying and faxing of documents.
- Delivers documents to offices within the SSC building.
- Ensures proper distribution / dispatch of mails / postage.
- Performs other tasks as required.
Office cleanliness and orderliness
- Open and closes the office premises before arrival and after departure of the staff during office hours where applicable
- Ensures the cleanliness and orderliness of the office.
- Reporting unclean area concerned person to raise complaints to cleaners
