The Role
PA to CEO – the true gatekeeper! You must be confident, professional, articulate and always go above and beyond. You will be supporting an extremely busy boss, who regularly travels worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Complex diary management
Organise multi stop international travel
Acting as gatekeeper
Greet all VIP clients
Assisting with projects
Preparing documents for events
The Candidate
Polished, articulate and well spoken. You must like a challenge and happy to take on extra responsibilities. You MUST have supported at CEO level before. Experience working in the finance and banking industry would work well, as you will be used to the terminology and fast pace.
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills strong English is essential
Arabic speaking desirable
CEO level support is essential
