Overview

The Company

A prestigious financial company is seeking a Receptionist. They are growing rapidly and truly believe in promoting within, so the opportunity is endless!
The receptionist must have a keen interest in finance and want to learn.
Based in stunning offices in the DIFC.

The Role

This position is to sit front of house and also assist with the team with projects. You are the face of the company!

Key Responsibilities

Answering the phone and acting as a gatekeeper
Meeting and greeting clients
Meeting room bookings
Updating the database
Assisting with projects
Administration from the Office Manager
Preparing documents for events

The Candidate

Being the face of the company; the right candidate must be polished, articulate and well spoken. You must like a challenge and happy to take on extra responsibilities. Having an interest in finance is key as they will promote within. A small amount of receptionist experience is desirable however not essential – the role would suit a school / university leaver.

Skills & Qualifications

Good communication skills – strong English is essential
Strong attention to detail
Interest in finance
