Priory is a UK provider of behavioural care with over 300 facilities nationwide and we are opening a new clinic in Dubai. We are looking to fill the following position:
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to take up a high-profile role leading our clinic with respect to the customer services, reception & administrative processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the front of house operation, including managing appointments and payments whilst assisting the Manager and Clinicians in their roles.
The successful candidate will have the following skill set:
Excellent customer care skills
Proven organisational abilities
Fluency in English is essential (bilingualism in English/Arabic is preferred)
Experience in a similar role in a busy clinic is desirable but not essential
Applicants must be willing to work a flexible schedule with possible hours on Saturday
