Key Job Responsibilities
- Arrange, coordinate meetings with relevant stakeholders for the Directors of Sales & Marketing.
- Keep trace on minutes, follow up of tasks, keep the calendar up to date.
- Establish and maintain filing system procedures; prepare new client files
- Handle all office related requirements on supply and coordinate such with procurement.
- Attend designated meetings, take minutes, transcribe and distribute.
- Type correspondence, contracts and any other requests
- Administrate, update and operate payroll functions and attendance sheet for the department.
- Coordinate hotel collaterals, direct mail campaign and incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain and update client’s lists.
- Must have a minim of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is a must.
- Arabic speaker is preferred.
