Videographer & Editor/ Graphic Designer
The Videographer & Editor/ Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating video, photographic and graphic design content across the website, EDM’s, print & social media.
The role will look to create, edit and produce video content for the company projects, alongside taking care of design and art-working tasks day to day. In addition, the role may be called upon to produce photo assets. Considering brand guidelines across all company collateral, this role is crucial to the creative team, creating fun and engaging assets to tight deadlines, researching and presenting ideas and concepts.

Responsibilities:
Video/Photo:
• Creating video and photographic assets for website, EDM’s, print & social media etc.
• Shooting a variety of styles of original content in various locations
• Managing full video process, from Pre-production to Post Production (Conceptualising/Storyboarding- filming, shooting still, photography assets to editing and post production.
• Vast knowledge in camera, lighting, & other required equipments
• Collaborate across Creative, Content and Marketing teams to help set video concepts.
• Supporting marketing manager / social media team in creative concepts
• Maintaining a high visual standard and assist others in maintaining this standard
Graphic Design:
• Creating graphic assets for website, EDM’s, print & social media etc.
• To bring fresh ideas and approaches for design, video and briefing processes
• Briefing and working with front-end developers to bring your creative to life
• Strong sense of design layout to create final digital artwork

Digital Marketing Executive
Social Media:
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
• Monitor campaign results, analyse key metrics, and optimise click-through and conversion rates.
• Define and manage business requirements, related documentation and deliverables.
• Create and analyse regular statistical reports
• Influencer recruitment and management
• Looking into additional online opportunities.
SEO/PPC
• Monitor, on an on-going basis, clients’ SEO results and manage projects to ensure continued high rankings.
• Monitor campaign results, analyse key metrics, and optimise click-through and conversion rates.
• Monitor various business industry trends and changes in SEO to help identify necessary updates and new opportunities.
• Review and audit site to drive changes that comply with SEO best practices.

Website/Blog:
• Setup and optimise company pages within each platform to increase visibility of company’s social content.
• Define and manage business requirements, related documentation and deliverables.
• Manage content strategy to ensure quality, targeted on-page and off-page content.
• Management of landing pages to maximise conversion

Call Center Representative / Indoor Sales Executive
• Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Be friendly and smile when communicating with customers.
• Follow communication ‘’product list’’ when handling different topics and ensure to deliver correct information al all time.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise. Builds sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
• Keep record of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
• Ensure to be updated with all the new products, promotions and events in order to exceed customer expectation.
• Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
• Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Answer calls and respond to emails. Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by emails with the knowledge of the Head of Sale.
• Research required information using available resources, manage and resolve customer complaints.
• Enter new customer information into data base and update existing customer information.
• Ensure to follow up with all the customers missed calls.
• Make out bound calls to customers and introduce new product, parties and promotions.
• Must have very clear understanding of booking system and being able assist customers with booking process while maintaining the capacity in the facility.
• Maintain and enforce Flip Out payment policy.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and ensure 100% payment is done 1 week prior to the party or the event.
• Clearly explain to the customer’s entire party or the event process during initial conversation and during payment.
• Must be able handle face to face meeting with customers when needed.
• Meet all the deadlines set by Head of Sales.
• document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Complete call logs and produce call reports.

Outdoor Sales Executive
• responsible in assisting Flipout to get our services onto the customers’ hands ( Schools, Universities and Companies).
• work with the customers personally or face-to-face, visit various customers to market Flipout products and services.
• demonstrating how our products are utilized or discussing the functions of the products and services and giving catalogs or showing presentations to the customers, and present the range of prices on the particular product or services.
• Performing updating and maintenance of accounts of customer including contact names and numbers for future sales.
• Providing product quotes to customers as needed.
• Ensuring follow-up after passing leads to managers with complete profile customer information, calls-to-action, sources, dates.
