Giant Size Fantastic Four 4 > First Multiple Man > Fantastic Four 28 vs. X-Men

From February 1975, it's GS FF4. This book contains an original story from Chris Claremont, John Buscema and Chic Stone as we get the first appearance of Madrox (aka the Multiple Man). Professor X guest stars. Then we get a reprint of FF28 with them taking on the X-Men by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. Finally, we get some pin-ups.

Books shows well but has a concern inside. A common issue from these side square bound books were pages coming out and this one is an example of that. Several pages are completely loose (a couple of examples in the pictures) as if they were never bound (no staple marks), but this book is 100% complete. Due to this, a book that would be F+/VF- is...well not. So looking for an affordable but nice copy, here it is.
