SB-1300 is a Joint Stabilizer and Hardscape Surface Sealer ideal for concrete and clay pavers, decorative or plain concrete, masonry, natural or manufactured stone, unglazed tile and terrazzo. ALWAYS TEST FIRST. SB-1300 is water based, single component, and an acrylic co-polymer sealer. This product can be used inside and outside, on old and new pavements, sealing the surface and stabilizing joint sand at the same time. It can be applied immediately after paver installation, as it is breathable and will not trap naturally occurring efflorescence. This breathability feature also decreases freeze thaw damage and improves surface durability and ease of maintenance. SB-1300 is non-hazardous and VOC/EPA Compliant. SB-1300 has the consistency of water and is milky white when applied and dries clear, creating a natural look with a matte finish. SB-1300 is a single application product. SB-1300 can be used as just a sealer for pavers, concrete and other masonry surfaces without joint stabilization. One gallon coverage rate: sealing with joint stabilization 80-120 sf, sealing without joint stabilization 150-300 sf. Coverage based on single application. Actual coverage may vary depending on the type, age, condition, porosity of the surface, application method and other local conditions such as temperature and humidity.
